Mark Thompson
Co-Founder
With over 20 years in the construction industry, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of roles—from running façade production facilities to managing large-scale construction sites. My background has given me a deep understanding of both modular and traditional build methods, and how to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
As a Co-Founder of MAD about Facades, I’m passionate about bringing innovative, reliable solutions to our clients. I’m closely involved in every stage of the process—from inspections and planning through to delivery on-site—ensuring we maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
What drives me is problem-solving, team leadership, and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. I take pride in creating a positive working environment and making sure every project we take on not only meets expectations, but exceeds them.
Outside of work, I enjoy golf, motorbikes, and spending time with my family. I believe that bringing passion and precision to everything you do—on-site and off—is the key to long-term success.
Dean Miller
Co-Founder
Dean brings a wealth of experience to MAD about Facades, with a strong background in modular construction and project delivery. Over the years, he has held key roles as Site Manager and Project Manager at leading firms including Mid Group and TopHat. His expertise in the modular sector gives him unique insight into the most efficient and effective use of brick façade systems, particularly where speed and precision are critical. While Dean is a specialist in modular builds, his knowledge and hands-on experience extend across all areas of construction—including traditional builds. This versatility allows him to deliver tailored façade solutions for a wide range of project types, always with a focus on quality, safety, and reliability. Outside of work, Dean is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. A big football fan, he’s just as happy watching a match as he is leading a site.
